Proficiency forms are available for both Pro Am, Amateur, Mix Amateur - all age groups. Proficiency means that you are not being judged against other competitors even if you are in the same heat and at the same time on the dance floor. Instead judges will give you a score up to 100% based on your performance.​​ TO compete  - use regular Single Dance Form. ​If you DO NOT WANT to compete - use Proficiency form. You CAN also enter into both, in this case use two different forms provided .         ​
